No food left now. Water's low too. Need to leave ASAP.
Thought things through. Got a plan. Not much of one, but my best bet. I'll use parts from the alien ruins. Use it to rig up a basic Nav. Mod. It won't get me far, but far enough.
Remember when we found them. We were so excited. Alien ruins are everywhere, but active ones? That's unheard of. We didn't want to share it. We wanted its secrets for ourselves.
Tried everything we could. Didn't learn a thing. But I don't need secrets now, just parts. If I can pull this off, I'll mend my ways. I'll go straight again. If I can just get off this frozen hellscape.
It's back again. Watching me closely. Trying to say something, but what?
