The Potato Sprout is used to plant a Potato plant in tilled soil.
Trivia
It is the only "Seed" not named as such, as it reflects how farmers in real life do not normally plant potato seeds to cultivate the potato crop, but rather cut portions of the tuber known as "seed pieces".
